Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal within 7 days of delivery and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Quality Inspection

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging; our courier partner will arrive within 48 hours to perform a quick quality check and pick up the parcel.

  Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a final inspection by our quality control team to ensure it meets our resale standards.

  Refund or Exchange

  After approval, your exchange item will be dispatched immediately, or your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
